WPT Enterprises Offered at $8

Earlier today, shares of WPT Enterprises (proposed: WPTE), a media and entertainment company that runs The World Poker Tour, priced four million shares at $8, above indicated talk of $5-$7. Feltl & Company was the lead banker on the $32 million deal. It was the first IPO for Feltl since it was formed recently by former RJ Steichen investment banking employees.
