Company Description:
We are the fourth-largest owner and operator of cemeteries in the United States. As of December 31, 2003, we operated 132 cemeteries in 12 states, located primarily in the eastern United States. We own 120 of these cemeteries, and we operate the remaining 12 under long-term management agreements with the cemetery associations that own the cemeteries.
