Company Description:
Global Signal is one of the largest owners of wireless towers and other communications sites in the United States. Our sites are primarily located in the southeastern and mid-Atlantic regions of the country. For the year ended December 31, 2003, all of our revenues came from our ownership, leasing and management of wireless towers and other communications sites. As of December 31, 2003, we owned 2,206 towers and 251 other communications sites. We own in fee or have long-term easements on the land under 787 of these towers and we lease the land under 1,419 of these towers. In addition, as of December 31, 2003, we managed 819 towers, rooftops and other communications sites where we had the right to market space or where we had a sublease arrangement with the site owner. In total as of December 31, 2003, we owned or managed 3,276 communications sites.
