Our distribution services include the purchasing, marketing, selling, warehousing, order assembly, programming, packing, shipping, and delivery of handsets for wireless telecommunications from leading manufacturers to agents, resellers, distributors, independent dealers and retailers in the United States and to wireless network operators and resellers in Latin America. Our distribution activities in Mexico are conducted through our subsidiary, InfoSonics de Mexico, S.A.
